Allegro 9992 Adjustable Flow Control Valve w/ Belt & Hansen Fitting — A belt-mounted adjustable airflow control valve for high-pressure supplied-air respirator systems, allowing users to fine-tune breathing air volume from a high-pressure source with a Hansen quick-connect fitting for improved comfort and compliance with minimum flow standards.

Description

The Allegro 9992 Adjustable Flow Control Valve w/ Belt & Hansen Fitting is a high-pressure airflow regulator designed for use with Allegro supplied-air respirators and other high-pressure breathing air sources. It allows the wearer to adjust the delivered airflow volume easily — from the minimum flow required by NIOSH up to higher settings — to suit personal comfort and task demands.

Built for rugged industrial environments, the valve features a large gripping handle that can be operated even while wearing gloves, and a nylon belt assembly with clip for convenient waist attachment during extended use. The brass body with a plastic control knob and the ¼″ Hansen quick-connect fitting make it simple to integrate with supplied-air systems that use Hansen-style couplers.

This adjustable flow control valve is suitable where workers require precise airflow control from a high-pressure air supply — such as in welding, industrial painting, maintenance or other applications involving supplied-air respirator use.
