As part of the Launch SmartLink Super Remote Diagnosis System (SRDs), the SmartLink B acts as the business/service provider end, enabling technicians to accept and execute remote repair and diagnostic requests from clients anywhere in the world using a cloud-based platform.
Unlike standard diagnostic interfaces, SmartLink B supports both remote and local diagnostics when paired with compatible diagnostic scanners and OBD tools. It works seamlessly with LAUNCH and many third-party diagnostic devices, providing flexible vehicle access and reducing the need for technicians to be physically present at the vehicle.
