Description
The Collision Sentry Multi-Zone system is an advanced workplace collision avoidance solution that expands protection across designated areas—not just blind corners—by using two wireless units that communicate via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). When both units detect movement in their respective zones, the system triggers synchronized audible and visual alerts, helping warn personnel, vehicles, or equipment operators of potential collision risks.
This self-powered system runs on standard D-cell batteries (included) and requires no external wiring or electrical installation, making it easy to deploy and relocate as needed. Units can be mounted magnetically or mechanically on walls or structures, and each sensor’s field of vision is adjustable from approximately 50° to 134°, with placement flexibility up to about 100 ft (30 m) apart to define multi-zone conflict areas.
The system can also be configured in Single-Zone mode, where each unit operates independently to monitor motion in individual areas if broader multi-zone coordination isn’t needed.
