Description
Castrol Spheerol BNS 2 (formerly known as BP Energrease HTG 2) is a non-melting grease (NLGI 2) for the lubrication of plain and roller bearings at high temperatures up to +220ºC. It has no drop point. This grease is based on an oxidation resistant, thermally stable base oil and an inorganic thickener.

Application
- Suitable for the lubrication of bearings at high temperatures, such as soot blower bearings, in carriages for hardening, drying in tunnel ovens, also in bearings of bitumen mixing plants, cranes in foundries, etc.
- Can be used at a temperature range of -20ºC to +150ºC, and for short periods at a temperature range of up to +220ºC. Frequent re-greasing or grease change should be considered subject to application requirements.
