Description
Castrol Hyspin™ HLP-AF 46 hydraulic oil is a mineral hydraulic fluid formulated without zinc containing additives. The oil has been formulated to provide a very high level of performance in terms of rust and oxidation protection as well as good anti-wear performance.

Applications
- Hyspin HLP-AF 46 is primarily intended for use in hydraulic equipment, but is also suitable for other duties in which lubricants with good oxidation stability and lubrication performance are required.
- The oil is particularly suitable for use in systems containing brass or bronze components where traditional zinc containing lubricants may not be suitable.
- The quality of the base oils and additives permit the application of Hyspin HLP-AF 46 in lightly loaded gears and as a circulating oil in applications where an oil with rust and oxidation inhibition is required. Hyspin HLP-AF 46 is fully compatible with elastomer materials commonly used for static and dynamic seals, such as nitrile, silicone and fluorinated (e.g. Viton) polymers.
