Castrol Aircol CM 100 is part of Castrol’s Aircol CM compressor oil range, based on highly refined mineral oil with advanced additives that deliver excellent thermal and oxidative stability, good load‑carrying capacity, and long lubricant life compared with basic compressor oils. The ashless formulation helps reduce carbon and deposit formation, which supports cleaner operation and extended drain intervals (up to ~4000 hours) under normal service conditions.

This grade is suitable for:

  • Reciprocating (piston) compressors, including crankcase and cylinder lubrication, with air discharge temperatures up to ~220 °C.

  • Oil‑flooded and oil‑injected rotary screw compressors operating continuously at air discharge temperatures up to ~90 °C, meeting designed service drain intervals of up to ~4000 hours when used as recommended.
