The Autel MaxiTPMS TBE200 is a laser-enabled tire tread depth and brake disc wear examiner that delivers fast, precise measurements without needing to remove wheels, helping technicians quickly assess tire and brake condition during service or inspection. Featuring a 1.65″ Super Retina AMOLED touchscreen, the TBE200 displays real-time measurement data and wear curves directly on the display for easy interpretation. It uses laser measurement technology with 0.1 mm accuracy to check both tire tread depth and brake disc wear in one portable device, making it ideal for workshops, tire centers, and service technicians.
Dual built-in cameras — a 4 MP macro and an 8 MP zoom camera and allow you to document tire wear and damage visually and scan the Tire Identification Number (TIN) for better record keeping and reporting. The TBE200 provides uneven wear analysis and offers replacement and maintenance suggestions such as tire replacement, brake disc replacement, tire rotation, and four-wheel alignment based on measured data.
When paired with a compatible Autel TPMS tablet tool (such as the MaxiTPMS ITS600), the TBE200 can be used to generate comprehensive test reports that combine tire tread, brake wear, and TPMS health data — ideal for detailed service records and customer communication.
