The Autel IKEYBW003AL is a programmable universal smart remote key designed as an aftermarket replacement or spare for BMW vehicles equipped with keyless entry and smart remote systems. Built on Autel’s IKEY platform, this smart key has three buttons — Lock, Unlock, and Trunk release — and can be generated and paired to your vehicle’s immobilizer/BCM using compatible Autel programming tools such as the MaxiIM KM100 Universal Key Generator, IM508S, IM608, and similar Autel IMMO devices.
This key features a multi‑frequency transmitter that supports common automotive bands (typically 315 MHz / 433 MHz) and is engineered for ultra‑long remote range transmission (up to ~40 m / 130 ft) under optimal conditions. It is manufactured to meet or exceed OE (Original Equipment) quality standards for durability and performance, making it suitable for replacing lost, damaged, or worn factory smart keys.
The unit is supplied unprogrammed and typically does not include the CR2032 battery and this must be installed separately. The emergency metal key blade (usually a BMW HU100 style) may be included depending on the seller or might need to be sourced separately.
