The Allegro 9872 Carry‑Air™ Filtration Panel with CO Monitor is a rugged, portable breathing air purification system engineered to convert compressed shop or plant air into clean, OSHA‑compliant Grade D breathable air for supplied‑air respirators. Its three‑stage filtration system removes water, oil mist, hydrocarbon residues, and particulate contaminants from compressed air before delivery to connected respirators, helping ensure safer air for workers.
Designed for two users, this panel delivers up to 30 CFM of purified air within a 5–125 psig operating range and includes an integrated carbon monoxide (CO) monitor that continuously checks air quality. The CO monitor operates in AC or DC mode and triggers audible and visual alarms if CO levels exceed safe limits (typically 10 ppm, set at 5 ppm in Canada), adding an important safety check to the air supply.
Housed in a durable, rugged Pelican‑style case with a support stand for stability during upright use, the unit features a pressure regulator with gauge and locking adjustment knob, pressure relief valve for safety, and brass plumbing with quick‑disconnect Hansen couplers for secure connections.
