The Allegro 9832 A‑1500TE Breathing Air Pump is a heavy‑duty, industrial‑grade ambient air pump designed to deliver a reliable source of breathable air for multiple respirator users. The oil‑less, rotary vane pump generates low‑pressure flow adjustable up to 20 CFM with a working range of approximately 2–12 psi (15 psi max), making it suitable for supplied‑air respirator systems serving three full‑ or half‑face respirator users or two hood users simultaneously.
Constructed on a rigid metal base with brass and galvanized plumbing, quick‑connect fittings, an adjustable pressure relief valve and a pressure gauge, this pump is built for continuous‑duty industrial use such as chemical handling, sanding, cleanup and confined‑space entry. It includes a 50 µm inlet filter and 0.3 µm HEPA exhaust filter to help maintain air quality, and operates from 115/230 V AC with a 1½ HP TEFC motor that’s UL recognized and CSA certified.
Portable yet robust, the A‑1500TE supports airline lengths up to 100 ft (sold separately) and is widely used where a dependable breathable air source is required without reliance on compressed gas cylinders. Warnings: Do not use the pump with generators, and ensure the air inlet is placed where clean breathable air is always available.
