Ideal for industrial, maintenance, and confined‑space environments, this system connects to a high‑pressure breathing air source (not exceeding 150 psi) such as a compressor or air filtration panel, and significantly lowers the air temperature from up to 180 °F (82 °C) down to approximately 50 °F (10 °C), improving worker comfort and reducing heat stress.
Built around a large insulated cooler with wheels and a telescoping handle, it features a 5 ft inlet hose with heavy‑duty Hansen coupler, FDA‑grade PVC cooling coil, pressure regulator with gauge, and an inline particulate filter with manual drain. The cooled air is delivered through an outlet coupler that can adapt to a multi‑worker manifold, supplying cool, filtered breathing air for extended periods.
