Description
The Autel MaxiBAS BT609 is a professional-grade wireless battery and electrical system diagnostics tablet combining advanced battery testing with comprehensive vehicle electrical analysis. It uses Adaptive Conductance technology to deliver more accurate assessments of battery health, including cold-cranking ability and reserve capacity, essential for dependable condition evaluation. The tablet’s 7-inch Android touchscreen displays clear, guided results, and its AutoVIN/VINscan feature quickly identifies vehicle and battery details for efficient workflow.
Capable of testing both in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle batteries, the BT609 evaluates 6- and 12-volt batteries (100–3000 CCA) and supports 12 V and 24 V cranking/charging system testing across common battery types including Flooded, AGM, AGM Spiral, EFB, and GEL. It’s compatible with multiple rating standards (CCA, CA, SAE, IEC, DIN, JIS, MCA, etc.) for broad vehicle coverage.
Beyond battery analysis, this tablet offers all-systems code reading and clearing, live data viewing, and maintenance service functions. Results can be printed or shared via Wi-Fi, and the unit includes one year of free software updates with a limited hardware warranty.
