The Allegro 9285-01 One-Worker Low Pressure Nova 2000 Blasting Helmet System is a rugged supplied-air respirator solution engineered for abrasive blasting and other heavy-duty industrial environments where clean breathing air and protective coverage are essential. This complete system includes the Nova 2000 blasting helmet, a ¾ hp breathing air pump, and 50 feet of airline hose, providing a self-contained low-pressure air source for one operator.
The Nova 2000 helmet features a wrap-around wide-angle inner and outer lens for an expansive field of vision, a removable lens frame with a strong latch, and a rubber window gasket that seals out dust and debris. Multi-layered sound-dampening foam meets NIOSH requirements for interior sound levels and improves wearer comfort during extended use. A lightweight nylon cape protects from rebounding abrasives, and a hanging strap on top of the helmet allows easy storage and cleaning. The durable breathing tube is abrasion-resistant and routed behind the helmet to stay out of the user’s way.
Designed to enhance worker safety and productivity, this Nova 2000 system is NIOSH-approved when used with Allegro-approved air supplies and complies with ANSI Z87.1+ eye protection standards.
